I’ve also been trying to figure this out.. i found this on a science website:

- i think its prob has something to do with the meaning but not sure about the conection to the original tune tho…

Ecstasy is a ‘D4 damager’ - it causes extra dopamine (feel-good-juice) to be released into synapses(connections-between-brain-cells) which makes brain feel good AND stops dopamine from being reabsorbed by the D4 receptor (which slows down the come-down).
